Here's how to put it all together:
Make the star garland.
1. Trace stars onto 2 sheets of yellow card stock using the cookie cutter.
2. Cut out the stars and glue a piece of yellow ribbon going down the center of each star.
3. Tape the garland onto the front of your table.

Make the backdrop.
1. Cut all the streamers into 3-4 feet pieces. (Depending on how high your ceilings are.)
2. Tape 2-3 pieces of streamers at a time to your wall.
3. Tape the streamers only at the top, in a neat row.
4. With all of the left over yellow ribbon (after using it for the garland), cut pieces and tape these pieces onto the backdrop, in front of the streamers.
5. With the 3rd piece of yellow card stock, draw different sized stars on the back.
6. Cut out the stars.
7. Tape these stars onto the backdrop.

Make the cupcakes.
1. Bake the cupcakes as directed.
2. When the cupcakes are cool, frost each one using a bag or a butter knife works fine.
3. Using the star cookie cutter, trace as many stars as you can get on the 2 blue sheets of card stock.
4. Cut out all the stars.
5. Tape a toothpick onto the back of each star.
6. Stick a star into each cupcake.

 Make the marshmallow pops.
1. Place a lollipop stick into each marshmallow.
2. Cut the blue ribbon into about 4 inch pieces.
3. Tie a double knot onto each stick with the ribbon.
4. Melt the yellow candy melts according to the directions on the package.
5. Dip the bottoms of each marshmallow into the melted candy, wiping off any excess.
6. Add some blue sprinkles to the sides of the dipped marshmallows.

Decorate the pretzel rods.
1. Using a spoon, drizzle a little of the melted yellow candy back and forth over one side of the pretzel rods. (Make sure the candy is all the way melted and warm, so you can get a nice, thin drizzle lines.)
2. Add blue sprinkles to each one and place on a sheet of parchment paper.
3. Place all the pretzle rods on a small platter once they dry.

Cut the pineapple.
1. First, cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple. Then, stand the pineapple up and cut off the sides.
2.Set the pineapple back on it's side, and cut thin slices.
3. Using the star cookie cuter, cut a star from each slice.
4. Place the pineapple stars on a platter. (Don't forget a small fork or something to serve the pineapple. I used a cheese fork.)

Place the blue tulle on the table.

Make the pineapple water.
1. Add all the pineapple scraps into a pitcher or blender. Fill with water, ice, and enough sugar to your liking. Blend until there aren't any more big pieces of pineapple left, but so that it's still nice and slushy.
2. Add lemon slices to the top and  place on the table along with 8 glasses.

Place the platter of marshmallow pops on the table.

Place the cupcakes and other food on the table.

Place 8 plates lined with a folded paper towel on the table. (I'm sure ya'll got some paper towels on hand, right?)

Now all you need to do is find someone who's ready to have a baby so you can throw them this adorable party! (Come on now--that's the easy part!)
